CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICYCancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid additional fees. The packages are non-transferable and are assigned to specific individuals.
Class packs have a fixed validity period:
• 5-class packs are valid for 3 months
• 10-class packs are valid for 5 months (from the date of purchase).
Unused classes cannot be carried over once the pack expires. Single sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase.
