1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern access to the services and offers provided by Aura Pilates, located at 14 bis Rue Augereau, 75007 Paris, France.

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Any booking or purchase of a class package implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Offers and Pricing

AURA PILATES offers different pricing options and formulas (drop-in, packs, subscriptions, gift cards,…). The different formulas are accessible on our website under the “Pricing” section:

Prices are listed in Euros and include all applicable taxes. Aura Pilates reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the applicable rates will be those in effect at the time of purchase

• “drop-in” grants access to a single session. They are valid for one specific session and cannot be refunded if unattended.

• Beyond Aura: €230 for 1 month, including 12 visits. This membership is not automatically renewed. Any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. After that, or in case of a no-show, one visit will be deducted from your package. Missed visits cannot be postponed or refunded.

• “Pakcs” grant access to a limited number of sessions. The number of sessions depend on the pass (e.g. 10-session, 5-session). Their use are limited in time.

• The activation date of your pass is the date of purchase

• The activation date of your BEYOND AURA is the date of the purchase, when the payment is made.

• Promotional offers can be subjected to specific terms.

All purchases are definitive.
AURA PILATES does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking
• Classes must be booked in advance via our online platform.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4.2 Cancellation
• Any cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the start of the class.
• In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the session will be considered used.
• Subscriptions and class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.3 Class Cancellation by Aura

AURA reserves the right to cancel or modify a class if necessary, including in cases of instructor unavailability, exceptional circumstances, or an insufficient number of participants. Clients will be informed in advance, and no session credit will be deducted in the event of a cancellation by the studio.


5. Specific Terms for Beyond Aura

The package grants access to 12 sessions over a 1-month period.

•⁠ ⁠It is not automatically renewed and must be purchased again after expiration.

•⁠ ⁠A €20 fee will be charged for any violation of the cancellation policy (late cancellation or no-show).


6. Payments Terms

Payment for classes and packages must be made online via secure payment methods or directly at the studio. No refunds will be issued, except in certain exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Aura Pilates management.


7. Member Responsibility and Commitment

• Each member certifies that they are physically fit to practice Pilates.
• Aura Pilates accepts no responsibility in case of injury or accident occurring during classes.
• Personal belongings left in the studio are the responsibility of their owners.


8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specified period.


9. Protection of Personal Data

Aura Pilates collects and uses members’ personal data solely for the purposes of booking management and customer relations. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.


10. Security

The Client agrees not to compromise the security of the website. In particular, the Client agrees not to access or remain fraudulently within the company’s information system, or to damage or hinder it in any way. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to take action, including criminal prosecution under Articles 323-1 and following of the French Penal Code.


11. Intellectual Property

All elements of this website, as well as the site itself, are protected by copyright, trademark law, design rights, and/or any other intellectual property rights. These elements are the exclusive property of the Company. All rights are reserved worldwide.

No title or right over any element or software will be obtained by downloading or copying from this website. Clients are strictly prohibited from reproducing (except for personal and non-commercial use), publishing, editing, transmitting, distributing, displaying, removing, deleting, adding to, modifying, or using these elements to create derivative works, or from selling or participating in any sale relating to this website or any related software.

Any use by the Client of company names, trademarks, or other distinctive signs owned by the Company is strictly forbidden unless prior express written consent is given.


12. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Aura Pilates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective immediately.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These GTCS are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In case of any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or execution of these GTCS, the Client may choose to submit the dispute to a conventional mediation procedure or another alternative dispute resolution method.

The Client may also refer to the European online dispute resolution platform set up by the European Commission, which lists authorized dispute resolution bodies in France: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/.

If mediation fails or the Client prefers to go to court, the procedures of the French Code of Civil Procedure will apply.
